I am a very smiley person, who loves to be outside with all my animals. I have 2 grown up daughters and 2 grand daughters. I have a rescue herd of 4 donkeys, 2 ponies and a mule. 2 cats who live with the herd are rescues too.

Connection is my favourite word and the centre point of my way of working, I believe connection brings a sense of belonging, purpose and safety. I work from a child centred point of view, bringing mindfulness and well-being techniques into everyday activities.
