Hello and a big welcome to Bosvena School! I’m Josh, the Headteacher, and I’m so excited to be part of your journey here. I’ve been a Headteacher for 8 years and have had the privilege of leading three incredible schools. I love to DREAM big, think outside the box and help others to do the same! At home, I have a wonderful wife called Jodie who is also a teacher and works as a pastoral lead at her school. We have four amazing sons: Jonah, Noah, Luca and Zach, who keep us busy with everything from Minecraft marathons to football matches. When we’re not in school, you’ll probably find us out adventuring in our camper van (who we’ve named Brian!) exploring new places and making memories together. I can’t wait to get to know you and see all the brilliant things you’ll do here at Bosvena.

I love to dream big and think creatively about what school can be because I believe every child deserves unforgettable experiences. For me, over the years, that’s meant turning school fields into music festivals, booking huge theatres so pupils can perform on a big stage, and even taking our choir to a real music studio to record their own single! I believe that before any learning can even begin to take place, children and young people need to both feel safe in their environment and have great relationships with the people around them. That is what Bosvena will do.
