I have been a qualified Audiologist for the last 10 years, which has helped develop an understanding of communication, sensory needs and the importance of trusting relationships. This led me to follow my passion for understanding and supporting children, especially those with additional needs. Over the past few months I have been spending my spare time volunteering at Bosvena and have loved every minute!

I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, understood and accepted for who they are. Every child deserves to feel they belong, and know the adults around them are there to support them without judgement. At Bosvena by working together we can build a trusting and nurturing relationship so each child feels valued and ready to learn. It is our role to look beneath the behaviour to understand what the child might be feeling or needing. I aim to create a supportive environment where children can grow, explore and feel proud of who they are.
